1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AiSEO (aiseo.erpfit.com), you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

AiSEO is a website SEO audit tool with 326+ rules, AI content analysis, and AI search engine citation simulation. The service is provided by ERPFIT CO., LTD.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for securing your login credentials and API keys
• Each account is for a single individual or organization
• Do not share API keys with unauthorized third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the service to attack or harm other websites
• Exceed rate limits or intentionally abuse the API
• Use scan data for illegal purposes
• Resell the service without an Agency agreement

5. Plans and Payment

• Free plan: 10 credits/day, no payment required
• Pro and Agency plans: payment via bank transfer (VietQR)
• Service is activated after payment confirmation
• Refund within 7 days if the service does not meet commitments

6. Limitation of Liability

AiSEO provides automated rule-based SEO assessments. Results are advisory and do not guarantee specific search rankings. We are not liable for damages arising from applying the recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

SEO report content is generated from your website's public data. You own the reports and may use or share them. AiSEO retains ownership of the tool, algorithms, and software interface.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
